This problems not very often, but from time to time they are happens with dr web, kaspersky, norton and some others antiviruses, for example - two days ago I've recieved email, that such situation happened with avast home. In 95% of cases the problem with module of resident protection (or web shield, as its calling in avast). Just turn it off and everything will be fine.
